Mittens new adventure
This darling young female caught our eye and we just knew she was the one for our family, my two little girls, husband & I went along to see Louise a PAWS volunteer and to meet Mittens in her foster home. From the minute we walked in we knew this girl was the one for us! Mittens was living a nice life but had to be kept separate from all the other foster cats in the home as there are just too many to keep track of :-) Mittens had a lovely room over looking a nice garden with a perch up to the window, she continues to love spending a lazy afternoon basking in the sunshine as she did in her foster home. When the volunteer told us Mittens enjoyed playing ping pong it took us a while to figure this out but it wasn't long after we got Mittens home that she started patting the ping pong ball all around the living room - the kids loved it and laughed a lot at the antics this cat displayed. now after after a few weeks we have become so attached that we are wondering how we ever got along without having this cat in our lives - Thank you PAWS we love our new family member! Did you know that we adopt out to the US & Canada? Through our special "pet escort" scheme we are now able to send animals to anywhere in the US and Canada - depending on availability of volunteers. currently we have volunteers going to the following areas. New Orleans Houston California To adopt, volunteer or find out more contact Louise 8570101x414 field@awalnet.net.sa The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals. go to their site and click on "feed an animal in need" for free. It's in a purple box in the middle of the page. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising. Here's the web site! www.animalrescuesite.com |
