PAWS does NOT have a clinic, office nor shelter therefore we are NOT able to take in animals. Our main focus is on trying to sterilize as many animals as possible and support people that do take in animals for re homing.

Egyptian Mau Rescue Organization

Formed in 2004, EMRO is now officially registered as a non-profit charity in Egypt, an NGO (non-governmental organization). Charitable number is #6196, effective August 23, 2005. EMRO is dedicated to rescuing these descendants of the sacred cat of Ancient Egypt.  We are an adoption agency both locally and internationally for tame Maus, and we are creating a sanctuary for feral Maus. We depend upon the generosity of private and corporate donors to exist, and we need to increase education about these magnificent and intelligent cats, both locally and internationally... The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals. go to their site and click on "feed an animal in need" for free.  It's in a purple box in the middle of the page.  Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising.
